BAYADA Home Health Care is in search of a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Habilitation offices located in/around Philadelphia, PA. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for attracting qualified prospects and taking all (Registered Behavioral Technician and Direct Support Professional) candidates through the hiring process to on-boarding. He/she will assume a sales and marketing role for the BAYADA brand, drive interviewing, and extend conditional offers. BAYADA’s Habilitation Services support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities by helping them build daily‑living skills, increase independence, and participate more fully in their homes and communities. Base salary: Starting at $60,000-63,000 plus ability to earn incentives MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability - Four (4) year college degree - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in home care and/or recruiting - Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) is preferred, but not required - Ability to conduct interviews across diverse geographies, practices, and job families -...
