This is a high-impact role supporting a large, single-office market supporting 500+ employees, requiring strong leadership presence, disciplined execution, and the ability to translate market priorities into reliable operational outcomes. This leader ensures seamless operational delivery across core functions including brokerage and administrative support, marketing and production coordination, financial analysis and workflows, transaction support, reprographics, facilities, vendor management, and office services. This leader serves as the primary escalation point for operational issues, removes barriers to fee-earner productivity, and drives operational excellence through scalable processes, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
