About This Group: Our business is building a team dedicated to Components for Repair and Overhaul in Fort Worth, Texas. This position is for our Composite Repair Shop and must have composite fabrication/repair or equivalent experience. Work is done in a climate controlled environmental setting and is primarily Weekend shift, but applicant needs to be flexible to work a different shift based on the business needs. About This Role: Our Composite Technicians must have the ability to perform or a working knowledge of laminate structures, fiber reinforced composites, and other composite materials. A strong attention to detail to ensure a consistent and high-quality repair. The technical knowledge of various composite repair methods and techniques, to include the mixing and application of repair adhesives.
