Medication Care Manager StoryPoint Plano Medication Care Manager Certification Required: Position Summary: As a Medication Care Manager, you are responsible for providing safe, organized, and compassionate medication administration and personal care support for residents living within our community. This position plays a critical role in ensuring residents receive timely medications and treatments while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life in alignment with StoryPoint Group’s mission and core values. Required Experience for Medication Care Manager: - High School Diploma or GED preferred. • Medication Care Manager Certification • Previous healthcare, geriatrics, or experience working with the elderly population preferred. • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and medication administration preferred. • Understanding of medication safety protocols and resident care standards. • Desire to work with the geriatric population. • CPR and First Aid certification.
