The Project Coordinator, Family Advancement position exists to assist with projects for the Communications team of Family Advancement, who develop print and digital donor engagement pieces, as well as donor events, to assist donor representatives in raising funds for Focus on the Family. Coordinates and assists with projects, event planning, donor mailings, data analysis and problem-solving, research, and product purchases. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: - Coordinates aspects of preparation and follow-up for FA Donor Events - Collaborates with the Data Services team to verify constituent data for communication pieces and events - Maintains quality of constituent data in the Salesforce database - Tracks event and mailing projects through Aprimo project management software - Provides administrative support to the Executive Director of Family Advancement - Places ord...
