Overview: The incumbent will be responsible for the Employee Morale Enhancement Program. S/he is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing initiatives aimed at improving employee morale and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role involves developing creative programs, events, and activities that contribute to a supportive and engaging work environment.
