How You Will Make an Impact The Electro-Mechanical Technician is responsible for maintenance of a variety of complex electro-mechanical equipment and systems including fabrication equipment, automation, robotics, and control systems. The Electro-Mechanical Technician is also key contributor in the implementation of new equipment, processes, and technology. The Nuts and Bolts: Fabrication Equipment Maintenance: 1. Service and repair fabrication equipment, including lasers, press brakes, coil lines, and CNC punch presses. 2. Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. 3. Ensure equipment operates efficiently and meets safety standards. System Integration and Implementation: 4. Implement new equipment and technologies into existing systems. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. 6. Provide input on equipment designs and modifications to enhance performance. Documentation and Reporting: 7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections. 8. Contribute to the development of maintenance procedures and manuals.
