Job description

Qualifications: - Inspects and calibrates a wide variety of tools, gauges, fixtures, dies and special parts for dimensional accuracy. Issues gauge recalls for inspection and re-calibration. - Maintains the gauge control databases for gauge calibration scheduling. Maintains all necessary logs, records and reports for gauge calibration and receiving inspection, including all personal tools for employees. - Issues gauge recalls for inspection and re-calibration purposes. - Responsible for editing and writing procedures concerning gauge calibration. - Compiles and updates detailed reports of calibration findings. Assists quality engineering and inspection in gauge calibration and inspection issues. - Reads and interprets various industry and customer specifications regarding calibration systems and records. - Practice safe work habits and maintain a clean working environment. - Continuously builds technical skills in area of expertise and performs other duties as required. - Learn and adhere to required safety standards and procedures. - Performs other duties as assigned. - Minimum of Three (3) years of a strong manufacturing background. - Minimum One (1) year of experience in all type...
