Position Details: -  Will be employed by Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group - Full-time | Mon-Fri, 8 am-5pm - SMNH offers a welcoming environment with modern facilities, convenient access to major highways, and a diverse patient population. - Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans - Procedures: Perform joint aspirations/injections, interpret imaging, and order appropriate lab monitoring. - Initiate and titrate DMARDs, biologics, and small-molecule therapies - Collaborate with referring PCPs, orthopedists, and pain management specialists. - Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and infusion protocols.
