Job description

KEY PURPOSE: The Vice President’s primary responsibility will be to manage the screening, diligence, structuring, and execution of LP-led investments. The VP will work as part of a larger team focused on LP-led investments. The team’s activities are led by experienced Partners/Principals and the individual will be supported by a team of associates. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Investments o Coordinate screening of new opportunities, the detailed analysis of those opportunities (with support of the junior team), preparation of investment committee materials and presentation of final investment recommendations to various stakeholders o Manage junior team in connection with their analysis work on specific transactions and also their work on non-transaction tasks (e.g. quarterly fund updates, preparation of ad-hoc reports) o Manage structuring, execution and closing of transactions.
