Internal Communication Specialist

Job description

Your role You will be responsible for delivering high-quality internal communications content accurately and on time, in line with project deadlines and client expectations. Working closely with business units and internal stakeholders, you will craft compelling content across a range of channels - from intranet articles and newsletters to branding collaterals and video scripts. Your tasks: - Write, edit, and proofread articles, newsletters, and copy for branding and marketing collaterals, including video scripts. - Coordinate with business units to gather information and produce targeted internal communications content. - Manage and update intranet content using internal content management systems and tools such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, and email platforms. - Design and execute communication campaigns and events from planning through to delivery, including logistics and vendor management. - Schedule and publish content across multiple internal channels, securing translations and quality checks where required. - Manage technical setup, implement changes, and test improvements to communication tools and platforms. - Identify and assess opportunities to improve campaign adoption a...
