This role can be based in our Birmingham or Reading office’s . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least 3 days a week in the office. The role: Case Manager (Account Handler) Specialising in insolvencies, as a Case Manager you will handle a wide range of risks of all sizes, with excellent opportunities to develop expertise across different areas and insurance lines. Insurance placements are not always annual, making the work fast‑paced and dynamic — no two days are alike. The Case Manager plays a pivotal role in consulting with clients to understand their service requirements and insurance needs, providing expert advice on placement and risk management. This role is centred on building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional service.
