Job Description: Supports the production lines from within the Fab(s) with a primary focus on engaging in production activities in their assigned Workcell(s) in reducing cycle time, increasing turn rates, meeting or exceeding tool utilization and Idle with WIP targets, and providing other technical leadership to the team. This may also include dispositioning and processing lots with Process Technician assistance as required. Effectively communicates with Operators and Process Technicians on a daily basis in the resolution of related issues. Provides leadership on the line by proactively identifying production issues within the assigned team, communicating needs with Operators/peers, and helps to effectively manage the line(s) to maximize efficiency and productivity.
