OVERVIEW: The Sales & Customer Success Support position is responsible for growing FANS scores and ensuring that the dealership exceeds the greatest expectations of our customers. FUNCTIONS: RELATIONSHIPS: - Customer Expectation Assurance - Sales Staff & Sales Event Support - Service Customer Satisfaction Support - Insure that personal conduct meets or exceeds standards established by MarineMax - "Make Boating Easy" - Reports directly to the General Manager/Sales Manager - Works directly with Sales Team to assist in all sales functions - Works cooperatively and supportively with the staff of all MarineMax locations PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Success Assurance - Detect and Resolve Customer Expectation Issues - Promote an attitude of customer accommodation and support for all MarineMax patrons - Resolve any customer complaints to the customer's satisfaction in accordance with company policy and managerial direction Sales Support: - Provide exceptional customer service and assistance for boat deliveries and demonstrations - Provide boat handling and operation assistance to MarineMax boat owners as directed - In coordination with MarineMax management execute tasks daily as requ...
