You’ll own the end-to-end product function, from setting our innovation and nutrition direction to shaping, developing, and launching the next generation of recipes. You’ll turn your expertise in pet nutrition and food science into high-quality, scalable products that pets (and their humans) love. This role is a cornerstone of our future: shaping our long-term product, quality, and nutrition ambition, building strong R&D capabilities, and enabling our pack to bring ideas to life.
