We own online travel agencies such as Mytrip, GoToGate, and Flight Network, and provide flights for Booking.com. Etraveli Group has also established partnerships with companies like Skyscanner, Google Flights, TUI, and many others. Of our 3,000 employees, approximately 40 people work in our Customer Service team in Uppsala. We are located in modern, bright offices with a fantastic rooftop terrace, just a five-minute walk from the central station. About the Role As a Customer Service Agent (Travel Agent), you act as the vital link between us and our customers. The work is focuses on problem-solving in a technical environment.
