Senior Clinical Staff Pharmacist - Galveston (Days, 7 on, 7 off) - ( 2601327 ) Description EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Minimum Qualifications: Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy Three (3) years of experience. Required: Licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Texas or eligible for licensure from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. Must be licensed with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of hire. Preferred Qualifications: ACPE approved IV (sterile products) certification. JOB DESCRIPTION: Senior Clinical Staff Pharmacist provides advanced professional, clinical, and supervisory skills in the management of pharmacy operations and procedures in various areas of responsibilities. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Performs all pharmaceutical care and drug distribution duties required of Clinical Staff Pharmacist.
