Office Support Team Manager

Description Golden Reserve is looking for an experienced office manager to lead our office manager support team across the country (current team size is 15 office managers and growing). This is a player-coach role that is 50% office manager and 50% leadership management – as the team grows, more time will be required for leadership management. The expectation will be to establish yourself as a top office manager performer over the first 12 months, and we will gradually add to your management and leadership responsibilities as you become more acclimated with your team and our systems. We are a full-service RIA and insurance firm, that built our company trying to not just change the financial industry for the retirees we serve – but for the team of financial professionals we hire. In a short period of time, we have grown to 40+ offices covering 9 states and just getting started. The office manager’s role is responsible for client communication, event execution excellence, managing our facilities to create a world-class client experience, and providing the sales team with ongoing administrative support.
