Type of contract: employment contract What will you do?: As Learning & Development Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s learning and development initiatives to support business growth and strengthen employee capabilities. You will lead the L&D team and implement strategic development programs aligned with the company’s business priorities. As a strategic partner to senior leadership, you will proactively shape the organization’s approach to learning, talent development and culture. Working closely with HR teams, business leaders and the global L&D team, you will ensure that learning initiatives support both individual growth and organizational performance.
