Overview: SOFTSWISS is hiring an Event Manager to join a compact People & Corporate Initiatives team. This is a role focused on delivering high-quality internal events, leadership meetings, and employee engagement initiatives across the organisation. You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders, including C-level leadership, supporting strategic projects, corporate events, and team-building initiatives in a fast-paced international environment. Purpose of the role: You’ll lead and deliver internal corporate events and engagement initiatives to strengthen culture, alignment, and communication across the organisation. Your work will directly support C-level priorities and improve how teams connect and collaborate across the business.
