Collaboration Engineer

Job description

The Collaboration Engineer Jr. supports SEC Office of Information Technology collaboration services under the ISS contract by assisting with deployment, operations, and troubleshooting of enterprise collaboration platforms. This role provides technical support for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and conferencing technologies that enable reliable communication for headquarters, regional offices, and telework users. The position also supports AV/VTC and video streaming delivery for internal meetings and high-visibility events, helping ensure stable and high-quality service. In alignment with the PWS, the engineer contributes to SLA-focused service delivery, cross-team coordination, secure operations, and clear operational documentation. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collaboration Platform Support and Deployment - Assist in deploying, configuring, and maintaining collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Teams Rooms and SharePoint. - Troubleshoot incidents and service requests affecting unified communications and collaboration tool functionality. - Coordinate with senior engineers and related ISS teams to implement approved collaboration solutions and updates. - Support integration of c...
