Introduction Our engineering department is the coordinating force behind many investment projects. From the earliest design stage, the department is closely involved in the concept of a new installation. Together with the users, they carefully assess all requirements, after which designers develop the concrete plans in consultation with the production departments. The engineering department is also responsible for coordinating the various worksites and closely supervises subcontractors. What does the job entail?: Your Mission: Guide and manage a team of Project managers to execute projects within the given portfolio in line with the department’s needs and the cluster MYP.
