You will work across multiple regions, HUBs, and functional teams to support both short‑term performance improvements and long‑term operational maturity. The focus of this position is on deploying Lean and continuous improvement methods that improve quality, reduce waste, and create transparency around how work is performed and measured. You will partner closely with Quality, Operations, Business Process, and functional stakeholders to review performance indicators, investigate gaps, and support actions that strengthen service delivery.
