The University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry is seeking a highly qualified individual to serve as an Open Rank Professor and Assistant Director of Academic Affairs. This dual-role position is designed to support the academic mission of the College while contributing to the education and training of future dental professionals. The successful candidate will split their responsibilities equally between academic affairs (50%) and teaching (50%), with a focus on pre-clinical simulation and didactic courses. TEACHING: Stay current with advancements in dental education and integrate new techniques into teaching practices. EDUCATION: Dental Degree (DDS, DMD, or equivalent) from an accredited institution. EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of teaching experience in a dental school setting.
