Job description

Store Manager Store Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Closed Sundays. Store managers are responsible for all aspects of store operations. Responsibilities include employee management, ensuring customer satisfaction, inventory control, and achieving sales targets. The store manager will also assist customers in the selection of paint and materials. Paint and coatings industry (retail): Job Responsibilities: - Oversee and ensure the efficiency of all daily operational procedures - Achieve sales targets and profit plan by controlling expenses, determining the proper amount of inventory, and growing net contribution - Working with the Sales Team as a contributor to overall regional sales targets - Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and hiring of new staff - Train new employees and provide ongoing education for all employees - Schedule and manage employee work hours, vacation requests, and store labor hours - Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service-oriented, and compliant with established company policies and procedures - Demonstrate a strong understanding of company products and be able to educate staff about products - A...
