The expected qualifications for the person filling this position are as follows: - Must have at least 10 years of experience as a Planner/Military Analyst in Army Aviation. - Expertise may come from rotary wing, fixed wing, or unmanned aerial systems (UAS) operations. - Must possess experience successfully developing briefings, speeches, information papers, and professional journal articles relating to Army aviation operations, training, doctrine, and program - Must be able proof-read and edit the work of others to improve quality, and identify and correct errors. - Must be able to interpret guidance and quickly incorporate changes into draft products to achieve timelines. - Must understand strategic environment and incorporate emerging policy, training, and material decisions into products. - Must have an active personnel security clearance at the Secret Security Clearance level - The location is Fort Rucker, AL.
