Job Description Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with foundational networking expertise who are eager to grow their skills in a professional environment. The Network Engineer will focus on basic and advanced network troubleshooting, WAN/LAN patching, and device hardening, while working with Cisco SDWAN, Cisco LAN, and Cisco WiFi technologies. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: Incident Management: - Respond to and resolve network-related incident tickets in a timely manner. - Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. - Serve in a rotating schedule of being on call to response after hours and/or weekends. Change Implementation: - Plan, schedule, and execute network changes in accordance with established change management processes. This may include changes that need to be scheduled after business hours and/or weekends. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal disruption during change activities.
