Job Summary: Located in the heart of Providence, Rhode Island, Manchester Street Station is nestled on 12 acres in the Historic Jewelry District near the Providence River. The plant produces 510 MWs, using natural gas as its primary fuel with fuel oil as a secondary. Manchester Street Station is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Stockroom Clerk to manage inventory, receive shipments, request quotes, place orders, and issuing materials to plant personnel. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, and is represented by UWUA, Local 310. Job Description: Job Functions: Perform work ranging from routine issuing, receiving, and maintaining all items in the stockroom and full utilization of stockroom computer system(s), which is primarily Maximo.
