JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for performing the highly skilled, discipline-specific tasks required to ensure the smooth operation of select destination(s) as it pertains to all industrial, commercial, Production Kitchen, Bakery, laundry equipment and refrigeration systems park-wide. EDUCATION: EXPERIENCE: - Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repair and/or replacement of all Industrial, commercial mechanical components to include but not limited to: Blast Chillers, Industrial Ice Machines, Steam Kettles, Dough Rounders, Dough Sheeters, Proofers, Rack Ovens Coolers, Industrial Mixers, Tram Washer, Dish Machines, Combi Ovens, Rack Systems, and associated controls and accessories site-wide to improve the operational reliability, safety, and serviceability of all Industrial, Production cooking, refrigeration systems and equipment. - Performing preventative maintenance on all production and bakery equipment site-wide which will include coil cleaning of all condensers and cleaning of all evaporators, verifying charges on refrigerants, verifying oil levels.
