Job Overview: The Senior Principal Tech Support Specialist completes assignments and directs the work activities of others in the Technical Support discipline. They can solve unique and complex problems and act as a subject matter expert. The Senior Principal Tech Support Specialist can work autonomously within established procedures and practices. The Senior Principal Tech Support Specialist can lead others to solve complex problems and use analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions. They directly impact the achievement of customer, operational, or service objectives.
