Project Summary - Condensed Exhibit: Primary Responsibilities The CxOR serves as the bridge between the team (DCS/DCOps) and the General Contractor (GC). Key duties include: Program Oversight & Compliance - Role: Commissioning Owner’s Representative (CxOR).
