Key Accountabilities: - Provide responsive, accurate sales support assistance to sales team and customers (OEMs, Distributors, Dealers) to convert opportunities to orders, cash and achieve customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score) - Provide global sales, revenue, order income and material (MRF) forecast support to sales managers, managers - Drive annual global operative and strategic revenue forecast process for Oil & Gas - Track and communicate Oil & Gas revenue/order income performance - Coordinate and communicate with Sales Managers and Management regarding monthly forecasts and customer ordering activity - Support implementation and execution for Sales of the Future (SoF) funnel management “use case” and CRM (CEC) - Organize and lead operative and strategic projects needed to improve business and sales Excellence - Drive internal responsiveness and approvals for commercial offers (ADRs & BnBs) - Make efforts to achieve t...
