This role provides quality service and information regarding the full spectrum of student financial aid (SFA) resources to graduate and professional students, their families, University academic and business offices, and outside agencies. This role’s responsibilities include oversight of the Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) process, aid administration, counseling, financial literacy, presentations, and website and forms maintenance.
