Job Description Position Responsibilities: - Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers - Pick up returns and cores - Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs - Daily collection of credit accounts - Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing the CPP with insights learned while making deliveries - Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value - Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot - General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts - Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales - Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services - Other duties as assigned Success Factors: Essential Job Skills Necessary for Success as a Driver Prior Experience that Sets a Driver up for Success - Safe driving and navigation ability - Ability to use delivery board system - Friendly and persuasive communication - Ability to locate and stock parts Safety knowledge and skills - Operating inventory systems (Bac...
