Description We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Surgical Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will support our oral surgeons during procedures, ensure a safe and efficient clinical environment, and provide patients with exceptional care in a professional and welcoming setting. Responsibilities: - Assist the Oral Surgeon during a variety of oral and maxillofacial procedures to ensure efficiency. - Prepare treatment rooms according to established protocols and safety standards. - Maintain strict infection control standards by sterilizing instruments and preparing equipment. - Capture high quality, diagnostic dental x-rays and scans as needed. - Provide patients with clear post-operative instructions and oral care guidance. - Accurately document patient information and chart notes. - Perform administrative office tasks using a computer and dental software. - Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Requirements: - 1+ years of Oral Surgery/Dental Assisting experience preferred. - 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
