Job Details: SUMMARY This position is responsible for maintaining high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible. The role requires a strong understanding and control of the production process, accurate recordkeeping, and oversight of general line maintenance and staffing. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Review daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer requirements. - Ensure all positions are filled prior to production line start ‑ up. - Oversee Team Member warm ‑ up exercises and job rotation to support ergonomics. - Ensure all machinery is operating at the highest standard. - Verify all workstations have passed USDA inspection. - Promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings. - Ensure accurate shipments, proper inventory rotation, and correct product coding. - Communicate company benefits and compensation policies to Team Members. - Provide encouragement and support to build a strong, effective team. - Perform essential human ‑ relations functions, including training, retention, and counseling on personal or professional matters. - Oversee various processing operations and collaborate with other supervisors to resolve is...
