Job Overview: At Rose Bakery, the Pastry Chef works closely with the Café Manager/Head Chef to create a variety of innovative pastries. This role includes managing the daily operations of the pastry department, overseeing cost control, developing the menu, and helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers Key Responsibilities: Develop innovative and enticing desserts to refresh our menus and captivate the attention of our clientele. Preparing a wide variety of baked good such as cakes, scones, etc. Mix and bake a variety of pastry items including but not limited to breads, batters, doughs, creams, custards, and beverage bases.
