Manager - Sales Force Capabilities, Türkiye Level: P1-P3: Job Responsibilities: Strategic Customer-facing Capability Development: - Work closely with the BU Directors to develop and implement the sales force capabilities plan and on Sales Execution Governance across Lilly Turkey. - Lead the transformation of the sales team’s capabilities by implementing Lilly’s AI driven innovation initiatives (i.e. Avatar, NBE, ADVANCE AI, ELA, etc.) to facilitate full integration between OCE, data, and Lilly Selling Model. - Develop and maintain a capability roadmap for the sales organization.
