About the Role Strive Community Care provides therapeutic home environments for children and young people with histories of complex trauma, abuse and neglect. We’re seeking a team member who is passionate about supporting young people, has exceptional attention to detail, and brings professionalism to their practice. Facilitation experience, particularly with staff induction and practice coaching will be a strong advantage, and TCI Trainer certification would be the cherry on top. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to embedding company values and expected behaviours. - Support HSQF and Child Safety licensing compliance through developing and improving systems, policies, procedures, and resources. - Conduct internal audits across documentation and residential sites. - Mentor Therapeutic Care Managers, with a focus on practice coaching, professional development and best practice. - Facilitate group training and supervision (e.g., Case Clinics, tailored practice training). - Develop Positive Behaviour Support Plans for young people. - Support staff in therapeutic practice, professional writing, safety planning, and stakeholder engagement. - Participate in weekly management meetings an...
