The ideal candidate will enjoy working with customers and responding to incoming inquiries. You are well-organized and extremely personable. We are looking for a quick learner who is flexible and can take on a variety of independent projects. #LI-RD1 As a School Membership Specialist, you’ll be supporting schools and educators by responding to questions, solving problems and ensuring they have an exceptional experience with us. You are someone who is passionate about and dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to our growing customer base. This is a full-time position in our Raleigh, NC area office. The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday in the office with the option to work from home one day per week.
