Job DetailsJob Location: LeTourneau Branch - Longview, TX 75602Acts as a liaison between the member and the credit union. Performs a broad variety of member service including opening and closing accounts. Responds to member inquiries regarding Credit Union services and performs a variety of account maintenance. Cross sells products and services. 1.Opens all types of new deposit accounts offered by the Credit Union. Includes qualifying members for membership, interviewing members to determine needs, and processing requests via online system(s). 2.Services existing members accounts. Includes interviewing members to determine needs, processing requests via online system(s), completing account maintenance requests and appropriate forms, transferring funds, balancing accounts, and closing accounts. 3.Promotes credit union products and services based on member needs. Actively cross sells products and services. 4.Responds to member requests.
