ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, L'Occitane is looking for a proactive and organised Supply Chain Planner to join our team. This is a full-time role with the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week after successfully completing the first 3 months in the role. Office-based days will be split between our Silverwater Warehouse (2 days per week) and North Sydney Office (1 day per week). This role plays a key part in supporting the planning and replenishment functions across our retail, wholesale and commercial channels. You will be responsible for coordinating production and kitting activities, supporting stock optimisation across the network, and ensuring stores and customers are sufficiently stocked to meet sales demand and campaign activity. This role is divided into 2 main parts: Production Planning (50%): Forecast, lead and manage the kitting/production activity for all channels and brands (Retail, Wholesale, DJ, TVSN and B2B) to be deliver on time for customers and campaigns.
