FusionPKG Administrative Business Assistant Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Corporate Administrator & Office Manager to support the Office, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the corporate office. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support (Primary Focus): - Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting preparation. - Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders. - Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports. - Coordinate board meetings, leadership offsites, and confidential projects. - Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
