You understand how materials, surface treatments, and joining methods impact electrical, mechanical, and low-temperature performance. You have industrialized materials-driven processes from prototype to production with a focus on reliability and repeatability. In this role, you will define robust materials and process standards for scalable cryogenic wiring at Maybell.
