Scheduled Hours 37.5 Position Summary: On behalf of business operations, this role manages the successful planning, implementation, and support of research systems operations in partnership with WUIT. Functions as the primary liaison between business operations and IT. This position provides analysis, planning, organization, communication and management to support the design, implementation and on-going operational support of research applications. The incumbent maintains a detailed knowledge of how departmental and related university systems operate ensuring the ongoing integrity of data housed in the systems. This is a hybrid position. Job Description: Primary Duties & Responsibilities: - Leads the functional workgroup for OVCR systems. Cultivates relationships within the cross functional business teams and maintains strong knowledge of research administration applications including the Research Management Application (RMS) and keybusiness functions in order to serve as an expert partner, analyst, and advisor.
