Title: Recruiter Place of Performance: Leesburg, VA (2x weekly) Employment Type: Full-time hourly, non-benefited Overview We are seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to support our recruiting team by proactively engaging technical professionals in cleared environments. This role focuses on building relationships with candidates through thoughtful outreach, conversations, and long-term pipeline development—particularly with individuals who may not be actively seeking new opportunities. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, understands the importance of discretion and trust in cleared recruiting, and is comfortable introducing opportunities through direct conversations and personalized engagement.
