Think of it as ‘practical magic.’ Job Description: The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the daily functions of the HR department by providing HR administrative & people support for both California Closets Fulfillment centers and CCO Operations, in partnership with the HR Business Partners & local site leadership. This role will serve as a partner to not only the HR function but also manufacturing and operations leadership specific to team member engagement, communications, onboarding & orientation, and training.
