Engineering Assessor

Do you have industry experience in engineering and a passion for developing the next generation of engineers? This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with apprentices in the workplace, supporting them to develop their skills, achieve their qualifications and progress into successful engineering careers. You’ll play a key role in assessing competence, providing feedback and ensuring high industry standards are met. What you’ll do: - Assess apprentices in the workplace against qualification standards - Support learners to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours - Provide clear, constructive feedback to support progress - Monitor and track learner progress to ensure timely achievement - Work closely with employers to support apprentice development - Maintain accurate assessment records and documentation - Ensure compliance with awarding body and quality standards What we’re looking for: This is a great opportunity to use your engineering experience to support apprentices and help shape the future workforce.
