Job Title Business Operations Coordinator Job Description: Summary: The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting administrative functions for all levels of the Axis sales model including but not limited to sales systems data management, POS reporting and Axis’ customers. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment, open to change, and possess strong attention to detail and processes. What will you do here?: - Support administration of Axis’ End Customer Program to ensure accuracy of reporting, commissions, and projects - Support monthly POS reporting to deliver accurate sales allocation, reporting, and business intelligence - Responsible for partner administration including proper account set up to support various business needs - Complete sales splits and weekly audit of projects to support commissions - Provide sales with partner level status letters to confirm member standings - Order and maintain all Americas’ users sales systems access - Support overall sales & marketing strategy by cleaning, maintaining and enriching data to support marketing automation based on prioritized business objectives - Actively clean and update outdated or inac...
