You’ll troubleshoot problems, keep equipment running smoothly, and provide excellent customer service. ON THE JOB TRAINING AND ALL TOOLS, TRUCK TO MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL! Key Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain pool cover systems on-site. Diagnose and fix technical problems quickly. Perform routine inspections to prevent issues. Work with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Keep records of all work done and parts used. Follow safety rules and company policies at all times. Help clients feel confident with our products and service. Keep track of tools and spare parts. Communicate clearly with your team and other departments. Continue learning through on-the-job training and professional development. Experience Needed: 2+ years in a field service or similar technician role.
